E-nergist is a transformational coaching practice built on one core belief: the way you show up to life — your reactions, your choices, your relationships — is a direct reflection of the energy you operate from.
Energy Leadership is not about hype or motivation. It's a research-backed framework that helps you understand the seven distinct levels of energy you carry into every situation — and gives you the tools to lead from the most powerful ones.

The Process
The work is structured, but deeply personal. Every engagement begins with understanding where you are — and ends with you owning where you're going.
We start with a validated assessment that reveals how you show up to life under normal conditions — and under stress. This becomes your baseline and your map.
Together we unpack your results, trace the patterns back to their roots, and identify the specific energy blocks holding you back from the life you're capable of living.
Through regular sessions, you begin practising new ways of perceiving and responding. Change becomes lived, not just understood — until the highest version of you is the default.

About Me
I grew up in Hungary, in a family with limited means — but with plenty of determination. Right after high school, I moved to Denmark alone, with a suitcase and a belief that I could build something better.
I did. Over the years I built a career in strategy and consulting, advising companies on how to grow and navigate complexity. I became someone people came to for perspective. But somewhere along the way, I noticed that the conversations that meant the most to me weren't about business strategy — they were about life strategy.
Friends and colleagues started telling me: "You have a way of helping people see things differently." That feedback didn't go away. It pushed me to explore psychology, human behaviour, and eventually — Energy Leadership.
What I found in that framework felt like home. It explained so much of what I had lived through and overcome. And it gave me a methodology to help others do the same — not just survive their story, but lead from it.
I built E-nergist for people like me: the ones who crossed a bridge others said couldn't be crossed, and are now ready to build something truly worth living.
